Payment Agreement

And Logo Project

This payment agreement only applies to direct purchases by both parties between the Designer, hereinafter referred to as the Designer and you (who access this site) hereinafter referred to as the Client with the cryptocurrency without intermediary third party Platforms, hereinafter referred to as the Platform.

Direct purchases between Designers and Clients without going through a third party can only use cryptocurrency and especially with native token (tokens that have their own network) and not a non-native token.

Apart from point number 2, if an error occurs such as an incorrect smart contract address or a smart contract address that is correct but not for a particular token and in this case your token has been truncated and the transaction fails, the Designer is not responsible and the Client cannot sue the Designer. So it's best to make sure the smart contract is correct and the token used is appropriate for the smart contract.

Purchasing with cryptocurrency has two options, namely:
a. Buy as is, as the logo appears (no revision required)
b. Want minor changes (revision required)

For point number 4a, buy as is (without requiring revisions), Clients are required to pay in full according to the price stated (and reduced by discounts if any) in cryptocurrency.

For point number 4b, want minor changes, Clients are required to make a deposit of 50% of the listed price (price without discount) in cryptocurrency. In this phase the Client cannot access the logo vector file to be able to download it, and the deposit cannot be returned, before and or while the revision process is running, so please carefully consider the Client's choices.

The pairs of cryptocurrency prices that are visible are US dollars, which have a fixed price in dollars but relatively in cryptocurrency, in this case the cryptocurrency amount will adjust to the logo's fixed price in dollars and is updated every minute.

During the revision process (Next it is called the Logo Project) the Client work with the designer (mark as progress), telling them what you want to change via the message box in the project menu, or when Client first make a deposit. And at this stage the designer will upload a preview of the revised logo, Client only need to reject or approve the uploaded revision. Please note that for every revision that is uploaded, we do not send notifications via email and only notifications on the website, so make sure Clients are aware that if Clients have/want a fast process, they are expected to log in to the website at least once a day.

If the Client approves the revised logo uploaded by the Designer, the Designer will be notified and Client need to wait for the Designer to prepare and upload the final vector file of the approved logo, in this case the Client will be notified if the Designer has done so.

If the Client receives an email notification that the file has been uploaded by the Designer, the Client needs to log in and open the logo project page, there Client can see the remaining payment that must be made in cryptocurrency to complete the logo project.

Finally, if the Client has made the remaining payment and is successful, then the page is directed to the main dashboard and can directly access the logo file, in this case the logo project has been completed (mark complete).
